Perfect Pleo!
The biggest problem being solved is people not forgetting to submit receipts - with the app installed on all phones, there is no excuse for missing a receipt!
The accounts dept say it works really well with Xero too.
Vorteile
Very easy to set up and use.
The cards arrive promptly.
The app works brilliantly and reminds you to post receipts.
When I did have queries, the Pleo team were patient and efficient and extremely helpful.
Nachteile
There is nothing I can think of. It all works seamlessly as far as I am aware.

Truly easy to use
Vorteile
This product is a great example of end to end service design. Functionality is simple, but if only one of the pieces didn't work then it wouldn't do its job. Expensing stuff is extremely simple and there's no unnecessary steps in the process. You purchase something, you get a notification, you snap a picture. Done. I also heard people say "in my mind, there is no risk" associated with having Pleo cards because finance department or managers have insight into purchases in real time.
Nachteile
Unfortunately there was a problem paying online for InVision software. Some payment providers don't identify the pleo cards as valid due to a mismatch in between the country of issue and the number on the card (as I understand it). But so far it's been very few examples of this so not a stress factor.

Pleo has helped us modernise and professionalise how we use company purchasing cards, streamlining the process, improving efficiency and allowing much greater control.
Vorteile
The software is very easy to use, simple to set up and intuitive. It saves a huge amount of administrative time and also allow much greater control and visibility of spend.
Nachteile
Some of the functionality features around authorisation are still developing but I am confident that they will get there in the long term.

Pleo does the job!
Pleo is like an online wallet where I could always use my virtual card to pay for all my online subscriptions and pay everything I purchase online. I don't have to physically keep all these receipts because everything is in one place and done digitally.
Vorteile
With Pleo, I could easily forward all my expense data and receipts to our finance department digitally. I don’t have to worry about other things cause everything sync directly.
Nachteile
Well, I haven't encountered any problems yet using Pleo.

Love it!

I like how easy the app is to use on the phone.
I like the design of the cards, they look really great.
It's so easy to upload your receipts and it reminds you if you've forgotten.

I don't like that you have to open the app to find the virtual card, why can't you use the details on the card to buy things online?

NO MORE WORRYING ABOUT LOST RECEIPTS
Vorteile
Can upload image of receipts immediately or store in phone to upload later. I can also make annotations on the expenses with regards to there purpose or reason, the fact you're doing this real time provides more accuracy for your business.
Nachteile
Sometimes if you're rushing on the go, you think an image is uploaded and it may time out so no image. I keep receipt just in case now.

Awesome service and great company!
We save a lot of time and money working with PLEO. It is very valuable and we don't have to worry about lost receipts. The more you use PLEO, the more you find out how good it is.

Every start-up company who wants to run their accounting seriously, should use PLEO. It is worth of all the money and time you will save.

Nothing at this point. I have some wishes for future features, but I am sure they will come.

Makes expenses easy
In addition to it's simplicity it allows us to keep a real time track on where we are spending money.
Vorteile
Saves a huge amount of time that would be spent doing expenses forms. Gives managers real time view of what is being spent and where so to keep on top of expenses.
Nachteile
Would be great if it would work on apple pay. Adding multi-currency without transaction fees would also be very desirable.

I can now organise mine and my team's petty cash spending without the hassle of hunting crumpled receipts from briefcases, car doors or jacket pockets. It's wonderful to use and my accountants and I love it.

Pleo has made the pocket-full of crumpled receipts a thing of the past.
The alert arrives as soon as you pay and within seconds you have taken a picture of the receipt and are carrying on with your day.

Nachteile
Adding funds is still a little clunky, an automated 'pull' of funds would be much easier. Ability to turn transaction alerts on would be useful

Filling and dealing with my expenses was the chore I hated the most, Pleo has solved that...
Save me a hell of a lot of time, as well as me not losing money, by losing my receipts a common problem for me in the past.
Vorteile
Just ease of use, being able to photograph the receipts, disposing of the paper, tagging and adding the descriptions job done, so easy to use.
Nachteile
Meeting my needs, I haven't found anything missing in the software, Pleo seems to have thought of everything.

Simple, clean expenses
Seamless, nice to look at, always works and is easy to use.
Vorteile
The time taken to submit an expense is tiny - under a minute, probably 5 clicks. Compared to Concur or massive enterprise packages, it's amazing.
Nachteile
We currently use cards which have a monthly limit per employee. It would be great if an employee could request a higher limit/oneoff funds withing the app.

Pleo - It's just very good!
Easy to manage company expenses across various parts of the business with multiple users. Cards issued quickly, start up, adoption and management of data is all very easy. The real time data flow is extremely good and allows for a very smooth experience.

We like the way it speeds things up for us - we know immediately what our team is spending money on when they are out on the road and it makes the administration of their expenses very streamlined. The app is also very easy to use for the team.

It can sometimes difficult to extract information into other software and to organise the data in a way that is relevant to our business

Our company has quite a few expenses, especially when we kick off a new project. Pleo has been great to centralize all of our spend so we don't have to worry about bringing it all together. It has also enabled our employees to be efficient by giving them a card and it allows us to easily track what is being spent. We can also break down into different projects and create repeatable spend model for us.
Nachteile
Nothing really. It has been a great product. I wish they will move soon into other accounting areas. But one step at a time :)

Pleo is a relief
The chasing is over. Pleo users are now self responsible for their invoices and finances. It is all live and i dont have to prepare our books for the bookkeeper as he can access the tool.
Vorteile
The simple but modern design makes the usage a lot easier and intuitive.

Vorteile
I love how much time the app has saved our staff and how easy it was to set up. Especially for myself, as an administrator on the account, I am spending much less time on processing expenses and it is much less likely that inaccuracies occur with the bank reconciliation.
Nachteile
The only thing I can think of that might make Pleo even better would be a secure authorisation step before we export the expenses into our accounting software. This would mainly be for auditing purposes.

Exceptional user experience means that there is no fuss in getting on with paying for things out of the company.
The virtual card is a huge help too. If I lose my physical card then there is no need to change the company subscriptions because the virtual card details never change. Clever.
Nachteile
Nothing really jumps to mind. The software is great. It gives notifications when I haven't done something and even these are not annoying.

Expenses can be fun!
Before Pleo I had to check receipts and compare them to bank statements, which was a tiresome task and not the best use of my time. I can be much more efficient now that Pleo is taking care of receipts for me.
Vorteile
It's a draw between its beautiful but simple design and its amazing functionality.
Nachteile
If anything then that I can't rename the main categories and that the account feed doesn't get exported automatically, but that's honestly very minor compared to what we get out of it.

My monthly expence report is practically non existing.
Vorteile
Easy and timesaving. No more receipts missing and no late reports. I'm happy with the fact that it's an ongoing process and not the end of the month project.
Nachteile
When travelling eg in Thailand there are shops where you can not use the pleo card.
I have experienced not being able to buy train tickets in DK because of server insufficience at pleo.
The design of the card is not very nice.

It is easy. Reminders are helpful and it is simple.
much less headache. No paper work. Less arguing with bookkeeping department. In general it saves a lot of time for all.

The simplicity. And the fact that it is categorizing the checks by itself. Also the reminders are great and ensure that you never forget to archive it.

Not much. Had a few fails but most likely not connected to the app. Sometimes it accepts quite bad pictures which is hard to read.

Vorteile
Pleo is a great tool for my workflow and for keeping everything regarding finances & expenses into one place. It gives me a great overview of what has been spent and helps me to plan future expenses. I love that sends me receipt remainder expenses have never been so easy and fun!

I'm still struggling to figure out labelling and categorising within the app but perhaps that 's not on Pleo but rather how we set it up within the team :)

Effortless Expense Spending
From time to time I need to take an interview candidate for a coffee or hold a meeting off-site that leads to expenses, and having a company-issued card that is versatile and flexible like the one supplied by Pleo is a Godsend. The integration with the app on top to help me manage my receipts and budget is a fantastic toolbox that simply makes my life easier.

Vorteile
Uploading receipts is easy. Just snap a pic! Really like that it gives me reminders when I have receipts missing so that I don't have a massive backlog. Also easy to upload receipts on the website.
Their customer support is really good as well. When I was having issues with a merchant they responded swiftly within web chat and gave me all the information I needed in a very clear and concise manner so that I could make an informed decision about next steps to take.
Nachteile
Can't claim missing receipts on desktop.
