Und man muss nicht immer das Whiteboard fotografieren man kann es direkt speichern, auf dem Tablet oder Handy. Einfach nur praktisch

Being able to access it from anywhere I can sign in and to have it update in real time makes this app really great. It eliminates emailing while collaborating because you are "with" everyone.

When Microsoft changes the functions, you have no choice but to adapt. It's cloud based so you have to live with that to get the other benefits.

I really like how easy this tool is to use, you don't need to be super techy to learn how to use this tool quickly. I train a lot of people with a wide range of different roles in our org and this has been a tool i am heavily dependent on. Training for people especially visual learners have been proven effective with the help of Whiteboard.

The core features are competently executed--it's mind-numbingly easy to create a new whiteboard, and there is no confusion possible as to what the (very few) available tools in the toolbar do.

Nachteile

The list of missing features is extraordinarily long, so I'll focus on the most glaring omissions and limitations. The tool palette is quite limited; while at first glance it appears there are four different "pens," they are in fact just four copies of the same pen, all of which can be configured only minimally (width, from "1" to "6," and your choice of 15 colors). There is a highlighter tool which has similar configuration limitations and doesn't even include opacity adjustment. The eraser tool is overzealous; one errant click and giant portions of your diagram vanish. The text tool has one pre-set "handwriting" type font that I find to be practically illegible; this can't be changed. There is also a redundant "note" tool that mimics Post-It notes, but it is unclear what the purpose of these notes is intended to be, since there is no visibility control toggle, etc. The drawing experience is awful as well; the interface automatically attempts to "smooth" your drawings (you can't disable this either!), meaning that any fine details that you draw that Whiteboard interprets as errors are obliterated.

I especially like that, during a Teams meeting, you know that everyone is looking at and using the same board. Although other whiteboard tools are a bit more polished, the full integration of Microsoft Whiteboard as part of the M365 world is really useful.

Nachteile

As I said, it does lack a little bit of the polish of some other dedicated whiteboarding tools, but it has come on quite a lot in the last few months. I can see this improving to their level within a year or two.

It helps when you can draw out a plan or a flow diagram for presenting. Like most Microsoft apps it works well and I don't need to worry about it failing mid meeting.

For collaborative work it's great, the whiteboard works fast, it has a lot of options to customize writing and many different users can write at the same time. Whiteboard is a tool that is here to stay because it is part of the present and future of virtual collaborative work.

I have not had any failures with Microsoft Whiteboard, everything works correctly, maybe sometimes in meetings it can slow down, but it is normal when you deal with meetings with many users, as was my case.

One of its best features is that it is fast and extremely easy to use. You can get up and running very quickly with it and also it supports digital pen usage which is fantastic especially if you are diagramming or explaining something to someone. I love this application. I think one of the best things about it is how visually pleasing it is. I would recommend Microsoft Whiteboard overall. In short it gets the job done.

I have problems with the fonts. I do not like the lack of fonts in this application. I don't like that you have very little control over the size of the text and the size in general especially within notes. There is a lack of colors to use, there is only a small amount of colors available for usage.

Becoming fluent in navigating inside Whiteboard was annoying while I was learning; it wasn't as instinctual. For example, if you don't remember the size of the box around the text, you might accidentally click to move the screen and end up moving the text box instead.

Microsoft Whiteboard has completely changed the way we held our meetings remotely. It has successfully replaced pen and paper with much more modern and online method of collaboration. With Ms Whiteboard, we are able to prepare diagrams, graphs and discuss key business dynamics live during the MsTeams meeting without having to switch over to a new window or program. Thanks again!

Ocassionally there would be lag while preparing a graph or diagram due to connection issues but that can be fixed using a faster connection.

Many things are not good. The selector tool is not intuitive and moving objects around is not as simple as it should be. Formatting options for fonts are extremely limited and sharing my whiteboard was problematic because the application hangs when I click the Share button. I can't even center text within a text box.

Firs of all virtual whiteboard replaces physical boards that were used in offices and now should be digitalized in the home office era. I really like this because whiteboard in general makes meetings and collaboration more engaging. Virtual meeting in general may be boring when only audio or users on cameras are visible for participants. Adding whiteboard to the meeting may change it form drastically improving it significantly. Users are more likely to engage in meetings when they have a visual presentation and can see the issues being discussed in a visual form.

It comes both as a stand-alone app or you can also find it in teams. My team and I sometimes work remotely, and we find ourselves making use of this tool a lot. - Almost all things that you can do in realise whiteboard, you can also do in Microsoft Whiteboard. You can prepare a whiteboard in advance to a meeting or work with the whiteboard in real time during the meeting. Another cool thing about whiteboard is that during a meeting, you can give or take back rights of users to edit the whiteboard. Whiteboards used during a meeting can be accessed easily from the teams meeting calendar invite link or via whiteboard.office.com. - I think one of the reasons why I enjoy the whiteboard a lot is because my laptop is touchscreen. This makes things so much better for me in terms of drawings and sketches.- Another awesome thing about whiteboard is the fact that you can easily import files and videos into the canvas. I find this feature so important because it means, you can have everything related to a brainstorm session in one place which is good for staying organized.
