Assuming that everything works properly when syncing with QuickBooks, then there is sufficient information coming through for us to be able to recognize transactions rather than having to recreate them. Payments and approvals from the client side are managed through one portal, thus making it easier for us to follow the trail of any deposits or milestone payments down to the signed contract. Our small design and remodel clients have found it much simpler to keep track of finances with time and billing managed together. > > **Nachteile**: Syncing QuickBooks remains the issue at hand. It seems the new iteration of the platform brings with it issues of transactions being uploaded incorrectly, creating a tedious process of reconciling line by line, not knowing whether the fault lies with us or with QuickBooks. Another hindrance lies with the method of paying: fees incurred from using ACH payments, coupled with the maximum fee charged on each project, can cause a large project for our clients to be broken into smaller parts that may create problems when matching the deposit to the invoice at month end. Expenses tracking within the application does not offer much help, making it difficult for clients requiring job costing services.
