Basecamp brings all conversation/documentation related to each project into one central area. Simply assign a task to a team member with a deadline and every other team member will know exactly where they stand. The back-and-forth question process is greatly reduced. I need to go take my dog for a walk he's chewing the door and barking. It also has this dashboard (I think) that did not crash when we were able to add some outside clients to our workspace. To be honest I thought most likely all of the integrations would fail and we were able to connect outlook and get all of our emails. > > **Nachteile**: Basecamp sends me way too many emails on new Features that no one has requested, so they fill up my email box. If you want one simple report you will have to pay an additional $30 dollars per month per person. Way too many clicks. > > We have less meetings now since me and my team can just look at the boards. Before Basecamp we would lose client feedback in slack channels but Basecamp holds everything together.
