Vorteile

Die intuitive Nutzbarkeit, die Übersichtlichkeit und die einfache Navigation macht es selbst Neueinsteigern leicht, sich zurechtzufinden.Die vielen Funktionen und Erweiterungen (z.B. Voting, Planning Poker, Stoppuhr, Präsentationsmodus) und Anbindungsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Jira) machen es mir als Workshopmoderator sehr einfach und helfen mir, meinen Kunden eine ideale remote Workshop-Erfahrung zu bieten.

Nachteile

Hin und wieder gibt es einige Bugs, bei mehreren hundert bis tausend Elementen wird die Ladezeit sehr hoch.

Vorteile

Sehr intuitives Tool für Workshops, Planungssessions und mehr! Stetig kommen weitere Tolle Funktionen wie z.B. neulich die Abstimmungsfunktion hinzu die auf elegante Art und Weise eingeführt und vorgestellt werden.

Nachteile

Für junge Startups wären zusätzliche Discount Programme wünschenswert.

Mit Miro kann ich während eines Arbeitskreises die Ergebnisse sammeln und in geeignete Form bringen, sogar präsentieren. Mindmaps, Tabellen und co nutze ich dabei sehr gerne.

Nachteile

Bisher noch nichts wirklich negatives aufgefallen

Vorteile

Live-Sync funktioniert fast Sekunden genau. Es gibt viele Integrationen und es ist allgemein sehr benutzerfreundlich und einfach zu bedienen.

Nachteile

Es gibt Funktionen die in anderen Tools deutlich besser gemacht sind. Es ist eher ein All-Rounder tool, wenn man etwas benötigt, was richtig gut für eine bestimmte Aufgabe wie z.B. Projektmanagement ist, sollte man eine spezifischeres Tool verwenden.

Vorteile

Miro glänzt durch den guten live sync und die vielen Tools zur Darstellung von Prozessen.

Nachteile

Ich würde mir wünschen dass ich weitere Schriftarten in Miro benutzen kann, damit die visualisierungen der eigenen Brand-language entsprechen.

Vorteile

Fördert die Zusammenarbeit insbesondere in sehr großen Teams.

Für komplett freue Gestaltung führt schnell zu Unübersichtlichkeit

Vorteile

Man kann sie intuitiv schnell benutzen. Passt gut um mit vielen Teilnehmern zusammen zu arbeiten. Wunderbar geeignet als ein Brainstorming-Tool.

Nachteile

Wenn man mit vielen Menschen zusammen arbeitet, ist es manchmal sehr schwer die richtige Arbeitsgruppe zu finden. Eine Aufteilung wäre sinnvoller, wie eine Art Breakdown-Rooms.

Vorteile

Online meeting and project discussion in online settings is the strongest feature that Miro has offered. Screen sharing is the most important and really critical feature that me and my team need when we are doing an online meeting for our project discussion as it will help us to visually showing our computer screen for other to see the point that i am presenting.

Nachteile

There are some bugs with the screen sharing, like it won't load my audio file and failed to play it but work correctly with the video file. The whiteboard has no board to its canvas and if not control correctly it will taking too much resource of my computer RAM and will drag my computer to run slowly.

I like that there are a lot of different features that can be used by a variety of people to collaborate both synchronously and asynchronously, and everyone can use it in their own way

I didn't find the software intuitive to use. I kept wanting to click in a certain way or drag in a certain way, and it just didn't seem to understand what I was trying to do

What I like the most about this beautiful tool is that it is very simple to use, especially for those who are not tech-savvy.  This shortens the training time and ensures that every team members are able to begin utilizing the product quickly and efficiently.

I've been using Miro for a year for brainstorming & help my team to understand any business strategy and it's been great. It's easy to use and has all the features I need. My only issue is that it takes a bit longer to load when visualization contains images.

Creating task is very easy and tracking each and every task are even more easy i thought.

I consider that its only disadvantage lies in the number of active boards in the free version, but the paid version at a low cost unlocks this problem and other advanced features.

I really like hot this mind mapping/brainstorming app works. I also really enjoy the collaboration functionality, that works seamless in real-time and makes things really nice.

It's very intuitive. It responds in a very fluid and responds in ways that it seems to know what you're trying to do.

I've used other diagramming tools for the best part of this century, like Visio, Lucid, Omni, and all of them were just so clunky and restrictive, they have very strict ways of working and are very 'enterprise' orientated, like made for The Office, and so I would use vector apps like Sketch, of Flash (before) in order to make diagrams. But then, I stumbled upon Miro, and it was like dafaq? This is the app I've been looking for, and it worked in ways that

Nachteile

Honestly, nothing. A few small things, but they that have been ever so slightly irksome that I fail to recall.

Vorteile

Any Graph or flow chart or anything we wanted to discuss in the team for that Miro board is the best tool. Good for retrospective meetings and share the views with the limited time duration because it has a timer feature that is great. Great inbuild templates available for any kind of flow chart or creating diagram. Great export methods of the dashboards which can be easily shared between the Team. Great feature of Kanban creation. Overall the best tool for collaboration between the team.

Nachteile

Sometimes while giving tag to the component on the dashboard the name giving feature is not showing up. We need to click so mane times to come up. Limited shapes are available for Diagram. Standardized UML shapes are not available.

Miro is the best product among all these as it is providing inbuilt features to use instantly. It is providing time options to limit the time for a meeting. It is providing a lot of canvas space to draw more wide and descriptive diagram which is really requires for a complex business.

Its user-friendly interface is intuitive and easy to use, while the ability to create boards and draw diagrams allows everyone to easily visualize ideas. Nachteile

While Miro offers a great suite of features, there are a few drawbacks. The pricing structure can be confusing and expensive for larger teams, and there are some features that could be improved, such as the ability to import files from other applications. Additionally, the user interface can be somewhat clunky at times.

It is fairly easy. It runs well and usually has an understanding of what we are trying to accomplish. We often communicate with our personnel and concerned parties using Miro. Additionally, the frameworks built into the software assist organise meetings more quickly. In addition to allowing you to express your creativity, the vast selection of activity templates, marker colours, custom icons, voting, comments, CMS integration, and document collaboration enables you to run workshops successfully. With the diversity of tools and plugins it supports, Miro can assist you in expressing them. It is also straightforward enough so that you won't feel overwhelmed and can concentrate on your job.

Nachteile

The projects' lack of organisation is what I detest the most. The search is also not optimal as there is no hierarchy, tiers, folders, etc. The administrative dashboard and user organisation in Miro have also been a problem for me. Although the programme is typically simple to use, I have encountered difficulties navigating it when working with many Miro accounts. However, after showing teams the value of whiteboarding, they frequently become more receptive to it.

Miro is an excellent collaboration tool for remote teams. It allows us to quickly create and share visuals with our team members and customers. We can easily brainstorm ideas, track progress, and have productive conversations. The intuitive user interface and customizable templates make it easy to use and help us save time.

The only downside is that it can be a bit expensive for some teams, especially if you want to get the full features.

My favorite thing about Miro is it's flexibility. I have a hard time thinking of a business problem I want to work on where Miro isn't helpful - which is great a solo business owner. From task tracking, the brainstorming content creation, marketing, and monitoring strategic improvement (with approaches like traction) Miro is up for just about any challenge.

Nachteile

I'd love to see the ability to do more customized branding, to integrate our favorite fonts and use a wider palate of colors.

Me and my team has extensively used Miro as a preferred collaboration tool to brainstorm on product feature ideas, taking focus group interviews or conducting workshops. If you need multiple stakeholders or team members to work on a whiteboard/canvas simultaneously (in parallel), this is your go-to tool. The best part is that Miro provides you a bird's eye view of everything you have done in a workshop.

Nachteile

One big challenge is that there is no offline functionality. Also, Miro provides a lot of pre-defined templates but if would like to customize those templates as per your needs, it can be really tricky to do so.

Vorteile

Miro is intuitive, I spent a couple of minutes to navigate and simply started working. The unlimited canvas is the most thrilling feature of the app. I have finally had a tool to organize all my stuff, all in one place.

Nachteile

I haven't found any substantial drawbacks in Miro which prevented me from using it efficiently.
