Microsoft Dynamics 365
Sehr gut.
Vorteile
Mit unserem alten System hatten wir immer wieder Probleme, dass sogar Daten etc. verschwunden sind. Von daher wollten wir eigentlich auf die üblichen Serverlösungen wieder umsteigen. Mit dem jetzigen System sind wir aber wieder in der Cloud aber es läuft alles bestens.
Nachteile
Vor ein paar Wochen gabe es mal einen Serverausfall der wohl die ganze Welt betroffen hat. Hier hat man dann keine Möglichkeit einzugreifen. Man muss einfach warten bis es wieder geht.

Vorteile
Microsoft 365 wird kostenlos mit einem neuen Computer mitgeliefert. Nach Ablauf der kostenlosen Lizenz kann diese kostengünstig verlängert werden.Microsoft 365 enthält viele nützliche Office Programme, wie Word, Excel, Outlook Microsoft to Do usw., die einfach zu bedienen und sehr nutzerfreundlich sind.

Negative Erfahrungen konnte ich mit Microsoft 365 nicht machen

Not great. Dynamics caused us to look for another CRM

We used dynamics to organize our contacts, leads, partners, and sales pipeline. It allowed us to keep files and information on all our contacts
Nachteile
It was very hard to use. The functionalities were not clear and it was a little outdated. It was not very intuitive on keeping sales timelines and keeping track of activity in an easy way to manage. When we switched to another CRM platform, the export was also a headache.

Excellent product
We can say that this product is of a high quality, besides that it is very easy to use. Dynamics provides a better image of the board, besides that it is highly customizable, and the best thing is that it can be integrated with other applications or programs.

What I like the most about this tool is that it offers a combination of improved administration tools, in addition to the fact that its solid database guarantees excellent precision and reliability in what is data storage, and another aspect that we like about this tool is that it is very easy to use and is not complicated at all.
Nachteile
In my personal opinion, we can say that we have not found any faults with this tool, rather we can say that we are very comfortable because it has direct integrations with some of the main marketing applications.

Perfect CRM software as it comes from Microsoft. They have nailed this, but Pricing should be less for this.Overall its a good CRM software to use.

Dynamics 345 not only served the functionality of CRM but also as an ERP. The customer focus and cost aspects are the key strengths of this tool. It also extends its capability towards supply chain management. It connects business and customers together with extraordinary precision. The data captured using the tool could be formatted in multiple ways for decision making.
Vorteile
Dynamics 365 helps get the customer view with lot of precision. The application captures the inputs directly from the participants and has many features that plot the data. It reduces the cost and also improves throughput.

Sales support timeslot is restricted to only work hours.

Good tool for managing crm and erp easily and efficiently.
I find dynamics 365 to be a good tool for managing enterprise resource and contact management in business along with okayish billing and invoicing.
Vorteile
The business management is very easy with dynamics 365. The enterprise resource planning is also very easy with it. The field service management is very good and the social media marketing can also be done very easily with dynamics365.
Nachteile
I feel like the billing and invoicing needs to be even more improved with even more personalization option being made available. The sales pipeline management also need to be improved.

Buyer Beware!!!
Overall not great, but what was most disturbing was discovering that when we made our decision to move to another ATS, we were not given our data in a free back-up file like every other ATS provider does. It was made clear that We Owned the Data, but we had to extract if ourselves. Not having the IT expertise to do so, we needed to contract with Microsoft Partners to get that data for us. The first partner was unsuccessful in getting our data. Ultimately the second partner was successful, but it cost us close to $10,000 to get what should have been provided to us free of charge. We were also required to subscribe for another year to their service so we would have time to have someone get our data, which took close to two months. As a result we were forced to use an ATS system for an additional year beyond what we had hoped. We were also not allowed to escalate our concerns about this process.

Integration with Microsoft Outlook for email tracking was decent.
Nachteile
To numerous to describe here in detail, however one particularly frustrating aspect of data collection was that, when entering notes on a candidate in a job pipeline, that data was not visible from the candidates general record. To see this information, you had to know to look in the candidate's file associated with their activity in a job pipeline.

With the presentation of Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps the capacities of this business application stack are unrivaled. You are genuinely just restricted by your own creative mind. Microsoft gives extraordinary record the board assets that will help keep you on the bleeding edge. From a value point of view, Dynamics is serious. What you escape the case can't be moved by any contender to be specific, Salesforce. You will spend a fortune to get a similar utility from a Salesforce execution. Dynamics in a league of it's own
I have tried other CRM's in my career but none of them come close. The future of this product is incredibly bright and the cost to entry is so low that there is no reason not to give it a shot if you think it can help you. The Microsoft account management team will work with you to find the right fit for your needs and set you up for success.
Vorteile
I have used this software for over 7 years and over those years have seen it grow and improve at a remarkable rate. With the introduction of Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps the abilities of this business application stack are unmatched. You are truly only limited by your own imagination. Microsoft provides great account management resources that will help keep you on the cutting edge.
From a price perspective, Dynamics is very competitive. What you get out of the box cannot be touched by any competitor namely, Salesforce. You will spend a fortune to get the same utility from a Salesforce implementation.
Salesforce and competitors also do not have anything like Azure. Having all of your business application ecosystem under such an umbrella is incredibly powerful.
Nachteile
I have had less than ideal interactions with support. Mostly they are positive but often times they don't typically know enough about the product and will ask me for information that i already provided in detail upon initial case submission. That being said, this product is innovating and improving so much you can't possibly expect all the people supporting it to be 100% on top of their game. They SHOULD be but realistically you are going to run into people that are just intermediaries between you and someone that can actually help. This isn't really a Dynamics issue at all but you will need to rely on support if you go with an online installation.

Overall, we are glad that we switched over from Salesforce. We were paying an arm and a leg with that application and now we are paying less for an easy to navigate and helpful tool in keeping organized.
Vorteile
My husband and I have tried to use other CRM's throughout our businesses young life, but we settled on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and we absolutely do not regret it. It has grown and improved throughout the last two years, at a rate that has honestly surprised me. This application has helped tremendously with business organization and accounts payable. The price is extremely competitive, especially considering its rival app, Salesforce.
Nachteile
Support has not given ideal situations of help. They are very rude and do not seem to understand anything that is being asked when it comes to the technical point of the application. Within the application there is a section for planning instruments, when the page needs to be refreshed it is extremely slow and sometimes makes the entire application crash.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Field Service are robust CRM and CMMS options
I have used CRM in D365 for a number of years, but have been recently through a reimplementation as the FieldOne Sky product was replaced with Field Service. This was a challenging project, but proved successful. We adopted the unified interface early on so had to deal with some bugs, but didn't want a lot of retraining right after implementation with the interface change.
Vorteile
The breadth of features across Field Service and typical CRM are impressive overall. The scheduling capabilities in Field Service (and now available for other scheduling items) are second to none (at least in other items compared to).
Nachteile
With the online version, we have run into few problems, but we do occasionally run into slow performance. This is not often, but when it does occur (slow page refreshes, especially in the scheduling tool) it can be painful for our users.

Great customer support during the entire integration and deployment process. Excellent training program for end users. Now that all users are on the same platform our internal support has progressed greatly.
Vorteile
We were looking for a new ERP system that offered mobility, as well as being able to integrate all of our offices into one platform. We had several locations using a number of ERP systems and standardizing on one system was a goal for deployment.
Nachteile
The deployment did have some hurdles in the way of transferring our older CRM into Microsoft Dynamics. We were working with several ERP and CRM systems.
