Vorteile

Der größte Nutzen ist, dass man die Oberfläche und Struktur komplett selber aufbauen kann und somit an seine eigene Bedürfnisse anpassen kann. Durch die Funktion der "databases" und "relations" kann man Projekte und Aufgaben miteinander verknüpfen und perfekt visualisieren.

Nachteile

Das Dokumentenmanagement finde ich zu umständlich. Ich mag es, dass ich Dokumente an die unterschiedlichsten Projekte, Kunden, Aufgaben, etc anhängen kann. Aber bei Abruf der Datei erfolgt immer ein neuer Download aus der Cloud. Da ist eine genrelle Cloud Lösung übersichtlicher.

Vorteile

Modernes, übersichtliches und dennoch umfangreiches Projektmanagement- und Wissensdatenbank-Tool, Desktop-App für Mac verfügbar, attraktive Start-Up Förderung

Nachteile

Teilweise ungewohnt lange Seiten-Ladezeiten (zumindest in der Desktop App für Mac)

Vorteile

Ich kann meine alle Projekten in verscheidenen Aufgaben verteilen und jede Aufgabe eine Frist zuweisen. Das hilft mir meine Aufgaben zu verfolgen.

Nachteile

Der einzige Nachteil den ich sehe ist dass wenn ich ein neues Projekt Template eratellen möchte, das bestehende Template wird auch geändert.

Vorteile

Die vielen Funktionen zum darstellen von Inhalt und das einfache Erstellen von Subdokumenten oder Datenbanken in einem existierenden Dokument. Das ganze ist zudem noch sehr benutzerfreundlich.

Nachteile

Task und Checklisten management ist ein wenig limitiert. Leider gibt es bisher auch keine Integrationen wie Grammarly etc.

Vorteile

Notion ist intuitiv zu bedienen, übersichtlich und bietet meiner Meinung nach viel bessere Optionen, als zum Beispiel ein Markdown Editor. Gerade die sortierbaren, filterbaren Datenbank-Blöcke (Tabellen, Boards, Kalender etc.) sind super hilfreich in der Organisation.

Nachteile

Am wenigsten gefällt mir, dass SSO nur in der Enterprise Version verfügbar ist. Auch kleinere Unternehmen, die sich nicht gleich das teure Enterprise Paket kaufen möchten, sollten die Möglichkeit haben SSO zu nutzen.

Confluence und ClickUp

Vorteile

Das es mir die Möglichkeit gibt, in einem Dokument mehrere Arten von Information festzuhalten. Neben einfachem Text integriere ich z. B. Miro Boards und Grid Diagramme in die Dokumente.

Nachteile

Die Funktion für Todo Listen sollte noch verbessert werden, da diese terade einfach mur bessere Excel Sheets mit Checkboxen sind.

Vorteile

Klare Struktur. Papiergrösse nachempfunden. Einfügen von pdf, Bildern usw. gut gelöst. Nutze die integrierte Funktion im Browser und Seiten direkt in Notion zu speichern. Synchronisiert mit meinen Geräten.

Nachteile

Suchfunktion durchsucht die eingefügten pdf nicht.

Vorteile

Die frei wählbaren Headerbanner sind sehr schön und die Übersichtlichkeit zu jedem Zeitpunkt gegeben. Features mehr als ausreichend für private und berufliche Zwecke.

Nachteile

Nichts nennenswertes. Schade, dass ich die Software erst so spät entdeckt habe.

Vorteile

Ich sortiere über Notion meinen Content und finde es dafür extrem praktisch. Mit den unterschiedlichen Labels, Boards und Möglichkeiten kann man das sehr gut organiseren und planen. Empfehle es auch meinen Kunden für deren Contentplanung.

Nachteile

Wenn ich ein Contentpiece geplant habe, kann ich die Farbe von nicht anpassen. Da fällt es mir manchmal schwer den Überblick zu behalten, was als nächstes dran kommt.

Vorteile

Egal ob man die Software zum To-DOs aufschreiben oder zum Notizen machen braucht, alles wird unterstützt.

Nachteile

Die App ist manchmal ein wenig zu komplex und man weiss nicht genau, was man wo machen muss.

Vorteile

Customizable databases and different views make it pretty easy to manage resources and documents. The new "projects" feature was something I had been looking forward to for months, and finally, we have it.

Nachteile

Some team members find it a bit difficult to start with. Getting the whole team to adapt using Notion took a while.

The thing I like least about notions is that sometimes it is difficult to find the tool you need since there are many options, but I prefer that than not having options

My information is safe in Notion because it is both a public and private area. The versatility of Notion means it can be used on both desktop computers and mobile devices.

Nachteile

The one major drawback of using Notion is the learning curve. It's a little more sophisticated than Evernote, but not as much as other popular programs like Airtable or Obsidian.

What I like about the most is the flexibility it offers in terms of customization of the spaces/task management, document management, and everything in general. From the way people access the space, to how and who you where with different pages.

Nachteile

If you are not well organized and structured, the more you grow your space the more easier you can get lost. You need the right mindset to make sure your space follows logical sense so people can browse around without feeling overwhelmed

Very easy to use document storage and collaboration platform. Coordinate small to large size teams easily. AI features are slick and easy to support even with compliance requirements.

Nachteile

Data interopability and third-party integrations not as strong as some established players.

I liked notion right away. I haven’t noticed anything I don’t like.

The ability to use it on more than 2 devices

Notion keeps me on track. I generate a lot of content and documentation for my client projects and keeping up with the dozens of pieces that I need to produce and share each week would never succeed without Notion.

Nachteile

Two things: Notion is hard to get started with. I had to go back early on and redo many of my initial ideas of working with Notion. Templates are a good way to get started. Secondly, you must be connected to the internet for Notion to work. I travel a lot and work in places where internet availability is not always guaranteed.

The software works really well, I use it everyday to manage my tasks and to write notes,and the integration of AI is awesome as well

I my opinion for the first time users, the software can be a bit difficult to use

You can organize your entire life using Notion, your work, study and home life can all be taken care of within Notion. You can replace so many other tools with this one tool that runs on your computer or phone. There is heaps of templates to get you started such as calendars, to do lists, meeting notes, saved websites and much more.

Nachteile

There could be a bit more of a similar way to bookmark webpages like evernote but this functionality is developing.

Because it was cheaper and there is other things I can do using Notion that evernote doesn't offer, evernote is more to save webpages and make notes for me but Notion has a range of other features.

Because it has so many options and templates. I like the layout. I still use some of the other tools but I don't really need to when I have notion.

The platform's flexibility means that users need to spend a considerable amount of time setting up and configuring their workspace to meet their needs, which can be time-consuming and distracting.There are also privacy concerns. I remember a few reddit threads where users requested for support and they were surprised how easy it was for them to access their workspace after giving verbal/textual permission.Performance is also an issue. Complex or large workspaces can be extremely slow.

Notion was the most popular and quite possibly has the most features. But I'm no longer using it because of privacy concerns.

Notion quite frankly does it all - it is an area to organize and store information, it provides a platform to collaborate with cross-functional partners, task-management for projects, plan internal events, ETC!

Nachteile

At times, formatting text / pages can be difficult as a first time user, however once you get the hang of it its not too hard. I looked up a few youtube tutorial videos on how to format pages easier. Perhaps Notion could offer some instructional videos on formatting!

Freedom! Learning to use Notion has released me from the captivity of multiple software services and many-stepped business operations. I didn’t own a cell phone until I was 29 (that’s how old I am) so using apps and software services doesn’t come naturally - I had to sit and learn, watch YT vids, read alllll the help docs. But now I can pretty much build or integrate anything my company needs. I’m practically a software developer now. Plus, it’s inexpensive and can integrate w basically everything, if u don’t have time to make it yourself in Notion. They also have a great community and their company “vibe” is upbeat, motivational and encouraging - even for this “old” startup lady.

I have to teach each new employee how to use it and show new clients too - I’ve made video tutorials to help, but it’s always a time investment (which is worth it, eventually).

1st of all, Kajabi is a pyramid scheme that I bought into and paid for for 12 months w/o really using - avoid at all costs. Clickup was confusing at first and you’re locked into their way of operating. Honeybook is for businesses that are unsophisticated and want to waste time and money setting up over and over.

Vorteile

The way notion links up and create connections between your knowledge is spectacular, you would think you are using a relational database management software. It is easily customization and also has powerful functions that you can use to extend its capability. Notion has a great community who have developed templates for almost anything conceivable and most of these templates are for free.
Another thing is the seamless integration with the mobile app, its like you are actually working on the same device

Nachteile

Notion has limited fonts and styling. The most painful part of notion is the inability to set recurrent tasks in notion, it is a pain, you have to buy addons to be able to achieve this
